Backup – Restore – Optimize – Repair Database – Easy and fast backup, restore, optimize and repair for RadioDJ’s database using the official MySQL utilities mysqldump.exe, mysqlcheck.exe and mysql.exe. For local and for online databases. An alternative utility to RadioDJ’s ‘Database Setup’.

Auto Daily Database Backup – Option to backup your RadioDJ database daily at a specific hour. From Menu > Database you have the option to ‘Open Backup Folder’. Option to change Backup Folder.

Start ‘RadioDJ Tools’ with Windows – From Menu > Settings there is an option to start ‘RadioDJ Tools’ with Windows. In case of power loss or windows update or windows reboot ‘RadioDJ Tools’ starts automatically and backup scheduling of the database will be resumed.

Minimize to tray – Closing ‘RadioDJ Tools’ will minimize app to tray and backup schedule will be active. Exiting ‘RadioDJ Tools’ will pause your backup scheduling. Double clicking tray icon opens ‘RadioDJ Tools’. Option to Exit ‘RadioDJ Tools’ from Menu > Settings

Start RadioDJ and Database Setup with Windows – Option to run ‘RadioDJ’ and ‘Database Setup’ utility when windows starts. By clicking this option windows registry is updated with your choice.

Run RadioDJ or Database Setup or Reports – Option to run ‘Reports’ or ‘Database Setup’ or ‘RadioDJ’ programs with a click of the button. ‘Reports’ and ‘RadioDJ’ always run maximized! For this functions you have to set the location of the ‘RadioDJ’ folder if it’s different from c:\RadioDJ

relocate tracks

Relocate Tracks – Fast and easy utility to Relocate ALL Tracks stored at RadioDJ’s database. Very handy when you move to another PC or another HDD or Folder. Utility will load a random track from the current Media File Location to help you locate it easily. Type or copy-paste the old path and select the new path. The path of All tracks will be relocated fast and secure. Please backup database before you relocate your tracks or make any changes to database.

events

Events are reworked to offer more options and new features to ‘RadioDJ’s Events’. All radio programming can be done from Events. Menus and options are close to the original ‘RadioDJ’s events’

View by Hour shows all current day events from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 and not only from current time until the end of the day.

View by Day and By Hour will show all Daily Events From Monday To Sunday. Easy to check what events are programmed to play every day. Find errors easily in programming and have visual view by your selected day and by hour.

View by Specific Day and By Hour will show all Daily Events from any day you choose in the future.

Delete will delete all selected events

Show Enabled or Disabled Events option and View Events By Event Categories option

Print option will print or export to PDF all events of the selected day.

New function added when Adding or Editing an Event: The Event Actions View Order. By default All Event Actions shorted by Play Order. Default ‘RadioDJ’ Reverse Actions Play Order can also be selected.
